How do I register for an account?
It’s easy, just click on My Account at the top of every page and you will be taken to the registration page. By registering with Oxymax Fitness you will be able to place orders much faster, and take advantage of our Reward Points scheme!
How does your reward points system work?
It’s simple! For every £1 that you spend, you’ll earn 5 reward points – so, if you spend £50.00 you’ll earn 250 reward points and each point is worth 1p. Which means you’ll have £2.50 available to discount off your next order!
Has my order been dispatched yet?
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email from our courier to confirm the order is on its way. Our Warehouse team work around the clock to ensure the parcels are dispatched as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order right to your doorstep once it’s been dispatched. Just follow the link included in the dispatch confirmation email you will receive from the courier. Please be advised that orders dispatched through Royal Mail are not trackable.
How long will Standard Delivery take?
Deliveries will be made within 4 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends)
UK Standard Delivery is free and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
Items which weigh less than 750g and are on a standard delivery will be sent second class with Royal Mail, please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave with a neighbour or a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
If you authorize the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, this is at your own risk.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on bank holidays, please bear this in mind when ordering.
Please be aware that bank holidays and busy periods can affect the speed of deliveries.
How long will Priority Delivery take?
Deliveries will be made within 2 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends)
The cost of UK priority delivery is £3.00 however if your order total is £75.00 or over Priority Delivery will automatically apply to your order free of charge. Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave with a neighbour or a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
If you authorize the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place, this is at your own risk.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on bank holidays, please bear this in mind when ordering.
Can you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment. If you want your delivery to reach you at work, you need to be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods as the courier service will deliver to the delivery address and not the person.
The ‘Billing Address’ must be the address where your card is registered to; you can then change the delivery address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. Please see the website for shipping charges.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer a delivery service to BFPO addresses.
I have received a damaged item, what shall I do?
We want all our of customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know as soon as you can by contacting Customer Services. Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days.
I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days.
I have an item missing from my delivery what shall I do?
If you have received a short delivery, please contact customer services as soon as you can. Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days.
Please note your missing item may be marked as ‘out of stock’ if this is the case your item will be sent out to you as soon as the product is back in stock.
What do you do with my personal details?
We only use your personal details to complete your order, shortly after completion of your order your payment details are automatically deleted from our system. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make further orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third party.
What is your security and privacy policy?
In the bottom right hand corner of the screen when you reach our checkout form, you will see a padlock symbol indicating that our checkout form is fully secure and your information will be protected.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
