Because this is a low-dose creatine product, many people would probably need to take a larger dosage - ESPECIALLY for the first several days. I would suggest taking 3 servings of 2 capsules for 5 days and then taking 2 caps twice daily thereafter (before and after training on training days).

A good whey protein with creatine is the perfect foundation stack for maximising muscle gains. With the Kre-Alkalyn, ensure that you take 2 capsules twice daily. For faster results, take 2 capsules 5 times daily for the first 7 days. Generally aim to gain 0.5 to 1.5 kilos per week (more in the first week using the "Fast Results" plan) and if you don't hit this target, you must increase your calories or try a weight gainer.

Creatine works by increasing both muscle mass and strength - this has been well proven.
According to many of the world's foremost creatine experts, it has not been conclusively shown that creatine causes water retention in the muscle or anywhere else in the body.
It has also not been shown that any particular form of creatine causes less water retention in either the muscle or anywhere else in the body (lawsuits have been faught and won on this issue). So if you are holding extra water, we can assure you that it has nothing to do with the creatine you are taking.
You can use any whey protein product with any of the creatine products.

Our strongest creatine tablets are Creadex and Creakic, as they contain ingredients that have been proven to increase creatine uptake into the muscle. EFX is popular too but ensure that you take at least 2 capsules twice per day (and take double that amount for the first 7 days).
Stick with the Reflex Whey if you like the flavour and if you find you are consistenly gaining weight. If you are not gaining weight, then you have to either eat more calories and protein or switch to a "weight gainer" product like Mutant Mass.
Either way, ensure that you take your creatine and protein with at least 60 grams of carbs right after training. - Q.

The Pro version is for pre-workout but creatine has to be taken daily so you would have to have another creatine product to use on "off days". The Anabolic OD will give better results on mass and strength if used as we advised.

There is no need to take another creatine product along with Anabolic OD. Stack this product with a whey protein and if you are already taking this, consider taking a pre-workout product like NaNO Vapor or NO Shotgun.
